​What are the legal requirements?
​Looking to host an event on public or commercial property? You'll need a Special Occasion Permit submitted least 10 days prior to your event to The Alcohol and Gaming Commission Ontario, along with a fee of $50. Our team is here to assist you, ensuring a smooth application process every step of the way.​

For events taking place on private property, a Special Occasion Permit is not necessary.
SPIRIT WAGONS maintains coverage for both General Liability and Liquor Liability. We advise hosts to also verify their insurance coverage with their respective insurance providers.

​What about the alcohol?
Welcome to our hassle-free alcohol service! After we help you craft your perfect bar menu, we'll generate a shopping list. You can place and pay the order, and we’ll take care of the delivery.
Rest assured, all opened and unopened bottles will be left with the host. Any unopened items you can return. We'll also ensure that all empties are collected and neatly stacked for you to easy return and credit.

​How to book
Thank you for your interest in our bar services! To begin planning your event, please call to discuss with us what specific services you require. Once we have this information,we can establish a plan and price for you. A contract will then be prepared for you to sign and return with a 50% deposit to secure your date.

​Any Special Requirements?
To ensure a successful bar table setup, please allocate a space of 6 ft x 6 ft.
The horse trailer measures 20 ft x 8 ft. It's important to have enough room for maneuvering both before and after the event. We recommend a clear, level, and dry area that provides ample space for guests to gather comfortably.

Electricity is convenient, but not essential, except for Slushie/Frozen Beverage machine, which does require a 110V power outlet.

What area do you serve?
We will travel anywhere in Eastern Ontario. Please be advised that an additional charge will be applied for travel exceeding 50km from Perth, Ontario. This distance will be determined using Google Maps, and the charge is $3 per kilometer for the extra distance.
